    THIS WAS THE WORST DRY CLEANER I HAVE EVER EVER BEEN TO! Other than ruining my scanlan and theodore cashmere jumper with leather, the employee - VALE - called me up and screamed at me and laughed when i asked her to replace the leather she screamed at me further and then said she would be doing nothing!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

    Completely ruined my leather shorts and took no responsibility and did not even refund the $100 I had to pay to get them cleaned! Horrible people, horrible service.

    The worst. Don't trust them with your goods, they won't clean them and you'll end up having to take them somewhere else.

    Most expensive cleaner in the neighborhood. Ruined my shirt after cleaning and didn't feel responsible for it. Moreover, I was blamed for it even if the shirt was totally fine when it was handed over to the cleaner.

    Completely destroyed my woollen underlay for my bed, manager preferred to pay $60 to the dry cleaning Institute to review this than just refund my $45! To charge minimum $50 before you can pay by credit card - is dodgy! Disgraceful job, disgraceful customer service!
